The questions physios ask us.
What about patient confidentiality?
We never ask for your notes. A public reply must never confirm that the person who wrote it was ever your patient, so a reply thanks them and stops: no condition, no session, no date.
Which conditions should be listed as services?
The ones you treat, written the way patients search for them. Rank Pilot proposes a list from your website and your categories, and you approve it. Delete any line before it is published.
Most of our patients come from GP referral. Does this matter?
Referrals carry on exactly as they are. This is about the patients who never ask their GP — the ones who wake up unable to turn their head, search on a phone, and book the clinic that names their problem.
Chiropractors come up in the same search. Can you do anything?
Not directly. Google decides who appears, and for a condition search that often means physios, chiropractors, osteopaths and sports massage studios together. What you control is whether your profile names the condition typed, and whether your reviews are recent and answered.
How long before any of this reaches the diary?
The profile work is done in the first week. Reviews are slower here: the ask waits for discharge, so a six-week course means the first wave lands about six weeks out. Map positions usually move in the 30 to 90 day range.
Are these fake reviews?
No. The request goes to a patient you have discharged, and it asks for nothing back — no discount, no free session. Nobody here writes reviews, and we neither buy nor reward them.
