Check in a minute, no sign-upHow it writes the replies
- 01
It reads the whole review
The stars set the mood, and the text sets the content. A reply that names the thing the customer mentioned, the hygienist, the wait, the price, reads as written by a person.
- 02
It writes two versions
Two different replies in the tone you chose, so you can pick the one that sounds like you or blend them. Leave the language on automatic and it answers in the customer’s own language.
- 03
It keeps the rules in mind
No private details about the patient, no arguing in public, no copy and paste openings. For a bad review it acknowledges, offers a way to talk offline, and stops there.
What a result looks like
A four-star review left for a dental clinic, answered in the warm tone.
Really gentle cleaning, the hygienist explained everything. Only downside was waiting 20 minutes past my slot.
Thank you for the kind words about your cleaning. We will pass them on to the hygienist. You are right about the wait, and we are sorry; we are reworking the morning schedule so it does not happen again. See you at your next check-up!
We are glad the cleaning felt gentle and that everything was explained clearly. Sorry for the 20 minutes in the waiting room; your time matters to us, and we are fixing how we book the morning slots. Thank you for telling us.
Three tips for this review
- Thank them for the specific thing they praised.
- Own the wait in one sentence, without excuses.
- Say what you are changing, so the next reader sees it.
Why every review deserves an answer
Most people deciding between two clinics read the reviews and then the replies. A thoughtful answer under a five-star review tells them someone is paying attention; a calm one under a two-star review often reassures them more than the praise does.
Short beats long. Two to four sentences, the customer’s name if they used one, one specific detail from what they wrote, and an invitation to come back or to call. Thank, address, invite: that is the whole shape.
Health businesses need extra care. Never confirm that the reviewer is your patient or mention any treatment they did not name themselves. The replies here are written with that rule built in.

Questions owners ask
Is it all right to reply to reviews with AI?
Yes, as long as you read the reply before posting it and it says something true and specific. Google cares about what the reply says, not how it was drafted.
Should I reply to five-star reviews too?
Yes. A short, personal thank you shows future customers that real people run the business, and it costs you a minute.
What should a reply to a one-star review say?
Acknowledge the experience, do not argue the details in public, and give a way to talk directly. Keep it to a few sentences and never share anything about the person.
Which languages does it write in?
English, Ukrainian, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Polish, or the review’s own language when you leave it on automatic.
Is the review I paste stored?
The review and the replies are saved under a private link for 30 days so you can come back to them. Nothing is posted to Google from here.
