Zappr.AI Ltd. is the legal controller for the Rank On Maps website and service unless a customer agreement says we are processing data on behalf of a business customer. You can contact us about privacy at hello@rankonmaps.app.

Rank On Maps is available worldwide. If privacy laws in your country give you additional rights, contact us and we will route the request appropriately.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, connect a Google Business Profile, subscribe to a plan, contact support, or otherwise interact with the service. This may include your name, email address, business information, billing information if payments are enabled, and any content you submit.

We also collect information automatically when you use the service, such as device information, log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP. We use cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser and collect usage data — see our Cookie Policy for details.

When you connect a Google Business Profile, we access only the data needed to provide the service, including listing details, reviews, and posts. We do not access information unrelated to the operation of the agent.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the service; to communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates; to provide customer support; to detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

We use aggregated or de-identified data to analyze service performance and to develop new features. This data does not identify you personally.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your Google Business Profile data to train AI models that are made available to other customers.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data only when we have a legal basis to do so. Depending on the context, those bases may include performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, protecting legitimate business and security interests, or your consent.

Where we rely on consent, such as for optional cookies or similar technologies, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that happened before withdrawal.

We share information with service providers who perform work on our behalf, such as hosting, database infrastructure, authorized Google API services, support, billing, or email delivery if those services are added. These providers must handle data only for the purposes we specify and under appropriate contractual terms.

Current personal-data vendors include Railway for hosting, Supabase for database services, and Google APIs for authorized Google account and Google Business Profile functionality. DataForSEO is used for SEO and local search data, but we do not intentionally send customer personal information to DataForSEO in the current implementation.

We may disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

When Rank On Maps processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, the customer may be the controller and Zappr.AI Ltd. may act as a processor. In that case, the customer agreement or data processing addendum should define the processing instructions, subprocessors, security commitments, and deletion or return obligations.

This website asks for consent before enabling optional functional, analytics, or marketing storage. Essential storage remains active because it is required to operate the site and remember your privacy choices.

You can change your cookie choices at any time from Cookie settings in the footer or from the Cookie Policy page.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or to withdraw consent at any time.

Because Rank On Maps is available worldwide and uses global infrastructure providers, we may transfer, process, and store your information outside of the country where you reside. When we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries that have not received an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or provider data processing terms where applicable.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website before the changes take effect. The date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last updated.
