My business isn’t showing up on Google Maps.
Four things cause this, and you can check all of them yourself in about ten minutes. Work through them in order before you pay anyone, including us.
“Not showing up” is usually two different problems wearing the same coat. Either Google has a reason not to show you at all, or you’re there and ranked far enough down that nobody scrolls to you. Fix the first before you spend a penny on the second.

Are you verified?
An unverified profile can exist and still not rank. Open your Google Business Profile and look for a verification prompt at the top. If it’s there, nothing else on this list matters until it’s done, and verification can take a fortnight by postcard.

Is your address set the way Google expects?
If you visit customers rather than serve them at your door, you need a service area and a hidden address. A hidden address with no service area set is invisible. A visible address you don’t actually staff during your listed hours risks a suspension.

Is there a duplicate listing?
Search your business name and phone number on Maps. Two listings split your reviews and Google usually picks the wrong one, often an old auto-generated entry from a previous owner or a directory scrape. The duplicate has to be merged, not deleted.

Have you been suspended?
A suspended profile disappears completely and Google does not always email you. Check your dashboard for a suspension notice. Common triggers: a keyword stuffed into the business name, a virtual office address, or a category that doesn’t match what you do.
If it’s a suspension, no tool and no agency can help until it’s reinstated, and anyone selling you a monthly plan before you’ve checked is selling you nothing.
