By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent, and that you accept these Terms in full.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Rank On Maps is an AI-powered tool that helps businesses manage their Google Business Profile, audit local search presence, draft review replies, and optimize for local visibility. Features and functionality may evolve over time.

We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your use of the service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or fraudulent information.

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, reverse engineering, interfering with service operation, using the service to violate applicable law, sending spam or malicious content, or impersonating any person or entity.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it. You must not use the service to publish or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees until the subscription is cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. New pricing applies to renewals after the notice period.

Rank On Maps and all related software, content, designs, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely as needed to provide the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that creates risk for the service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will remain in effect.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements, review responses, or business outcomes. Local search results depend on factors outside our control, including Google's algorithms and competitive dynamics.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank On Maps and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where exclusive jurisdiction is mandated by your local law.
